Rewilding: Yoga & Inner Growth Retreat

San Pancho, Mexico

Release. Reconnect. Reclaim. Rewild.

Jess Luibrand—my dear friend and an incredible yoga teacher and sound healer—and I are thrilled to welcome you to San Pancho, Mexico, the little beach town I’ve called home for the past two years. I can’t wait to share what I love about this place.

Over five days, you’ll be immersed in daily yoga, sound healings, breathwork, guided meditations, and inner-growth workshops.

This retreat is designed to feel like a deep, restorative exhale—a chance to step off the treadmill of calendars, calls, and to-dos and onto a pristine beach with supportive community and nourishing touches.

This is more than a getaway—it’s a sacred container for healing and change. It’s an opportunity to:

  • Release old patterns, limiting beliefs, and stored emotions.

  • Reconnect with your body—self-awareness, self-love, real acceptance.

  • Reclaim your natural power and confidence.

  • Rewild—unplug, slow down, and meet your intuitive, creative self.

The Destination

San Pancho, Mexico

San Pancho, Nayarit, Mexico, is a hidden gem on the Pacific coast. Long known as a place for healing, San Pancho’s ocean-meets-jungle setting invites introspection and renewal—the perfect backdrop for our Rewilding Retreat.

Between sessions, you’ll savor nourishing, locally-sourced meals prepared by a local chef, wander cobblestone streets, and browse local shops. Evenings often end on the sand, where locals clap as the sun slips below the horizon. In San Pancho, time slows so you can reconnect with your soul and the magic of the natural world.

Facilitators

Meet Claire: Your Guide to Effortless Meditation & Inner Freedom

Claire Marshall is a meditation teacher, inner-growth coach, and founder of deprogram, a method that helps you move from old patterns into natural personal power. Equal parts grounded and playful, she blends effortless (Vedic-inspired) meditation with somatic, trauma-aware coaching to help high-achieving humans downshift from survival mode, quiet the noise, and reconnect with who they really are.

Her sessions aren’t lectures—they’re lived experiences. Claire weaves simple, science-informed practices (think effortless meditation, gentle breath, body awareness, and clear reflection prompts) with warm facilitation and just-enough structure to create real shifts. People often describe her work as “deep but easeful”—the rare combo of feeling seen, safe, and genuinely energized about what’s possible.

Claire believes growth can be gentle. When you stop wrestling your mind and start partnering with your nervous system, change gets lighter, faster, and more sustainable. Expect clarity without the pressure, compassion over perfection, and tools you’ll actually use when life gets lifey.

At this retreat, Claire will guide you through:

  • Guided Effortless Meditations to reset your nervous system and build a simple, sustainable practice.

  • From Patterns to Power workshops to identify the loops that keep you stuck and learn how to gently unwind them.

  • Integration Circles that turn insights into embodied next steps.

  • Optional 1:1 Deprogram Sessions for personalized support and breakthroughs.

Come ready to exhale, meet yourself with kindness, and leave with a calm, repeatable practice—plus the inner steadiness to carry it home. If you’re craving clarity, softness, and a more honest relationship with yourself, Claire will show you the effortless way in.

Meet Jess: Your Guide to Sonic Transformation & Adventure

Jess is a world-traveler, sound healer, and embodiment guide with over 15 years of experience helping people reconnect with their most authentic selves. Known as The Traveling Tuner, she brings her love of exploration - both inner and outer - into everything she does.

Her sessions are more than just classes - they’re sacred journeys with a sense of play and adventure. Using visualization, crystal bowls, yoga, breathwork, and meditation, Jess creates transformational experiences that shift people on a cellular level. Her work helps you release what no longer serves you, reprogram limiting beliefs, and tap into a state of clarity, alignment, and empowerment.

Having studied energy medicine and trauma-informed healing across the globe, Jess blends ancient wisdom with modern practices. She believes growth doesn’t have to feel heavy, and, in fact, can be wild, exhilarating, and even fun.

At this retreat, Jess will lead you through soul-stirring sound baths, fiery breathwork sessions, and grounding meditations, all while encouraging you to explore your edges, open your heart, and embrace adventure - whether you’re on the yoga mat or out exploring the lush beauty of San Pancho.
